Reggae at De Buss

The original gallery described De Buss as one of Negril's liveliest nightspots, featuring live reggae music several times a week, with a beach bonfire where visitors could dance barefoot in the sand while enjoying refreshments and entertainment.

It also records that on the night these photographs were taken, visiting U.S. guest artist Ryan Liestman performed with the regular band shortly before heading to college in Minnesota, after recording a reggae CD in Kingston the previous day.
