American Airlines Inaugural Flight — February 3, 2006

This historical Negril Travel Guide photo collection documents the inaugural American Airlines service linking Montego Bay, Jamaica with Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. The photographs follow the event at Gate 12 from airport preparations and the aircraft water salute through the welcome of crew and passengers and the official reception and presentations.

The original 2006 gallery described the route as one of American Airlines' new international services and noted that the Montego Bay service was operated with a Boeing 737-800 aircraft. This modernization preserves the original photograph order, filenames and public gallery address.
